CenturyPoint Mortgage, a division of First Century Bank, does not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law.
- We do not sell or share any non-public personal information with marketers outside our company.
- We do not sell or share any such information with other financial institutions through the use of joint marketing agreements.
- Any direct marketing offer sent directly by us always provides information on how to opt out of any future direct marketing offers from our company.

We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean First Century Bank, N.A., dba CenturyPoint Mortgage.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as a(n):
- Deposit account
- Loan account
- Safe deposit box

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.
Information about Former Customers
We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
Email is an important communication tool, but it is not considered a secure means for transmitting confidential information. We do not transmit sensitive information using email and encourage our customers to follow the same practice.
Future Changes To Our Policy
If at any time in the future we revise this Privacy Policy to allow additional disclosure of non-public private information to non-affiliated companies, as permitted by law, we will provide notice of such change to you prior to implementation of the new policy.
