At CenturyPoint Mortgage, we believe every borrower should expect to be treated fairly by a friendly, courteous and professional staff. We realize that not all lenders treat borrowers with the respect they deserve, and there are plenty of brokers and lenders out there just to make a buck. CenturyPoint Mortgage is not one of those lenders.

Timely Service
CenturyPoint Mortgage will always provide you with timely service, including:
- When you apply online, you will be contacted by your Mortgage Specialist on the day your application is submitted, or the next business day if your application is received after 5:00 pm Eastern.
- When you request a rate lock online, you will receive a Lock Request Confirmation by email the same day, or the next business day if your rate is locked after 5:30 pm. The Lock Request Confirmation will confirm your requested loan program, loan amount, rate, points and fees.
Please Note: Online lock requests are not guaranteed until they have been reviewed and accepted by CenturyPoint Mortgage. - We will notify you when your mortgage rate has been locked, and your lender fees will be guaranteed from the date you lock until closing, provided you close within the original lock period (which is typically 30 days).
- You will be advised of any supporting documentation that may be required to process your application within two business days of receipt of your completed loan application.
- When you submit supporting documentation, we will email you to confirm receipt of the documentation the day it is received, or the next business day if it is received after business hours.
- We will advise you the day your loan is approved, and confirm the scheduled date for your closing.
- We will make every effort to meet your requested closing date. We can close most loans in less than 30 days, but the timing may vary with market conditions. Investor requests for additional documentation or required appraisal reviews may extend the time needed to close a loan. In the event of a delay, we will advise you right away.
- All email and telephone messages received during business hours will be returned the same day. Email and telephone messages received after business hours will be returned the next business day.
